Chanukah Menorahs for All
Chanukah menorahs are the most recognizable and symbolic feature of Chanukah. With the festival of lights fast approaching if you don’t have a Menorah you should get one. The type of Hanukkah menorah you choose says a lot about you. It can also set the tone for the type of Hanukkah celebration you are going to have. That is why many families will keep a few on hand to use for the different nights of Chanukah.
If you are entertaining kids, bright, colorful Chanukah Menorahs are the way to go. Some of my personal favorites include the Hand-painted Ceramic Crayons Menorah, The Cat Menorah, and The Sports Menorah. You can choose according to your children’s interests. Then when they grow up they can use the same Menorah to celebrate Hanukkah with their kids.
For a more conservative choice, something to use when celebrating with the older folks, I would suggest any number of sterling silver Chanukah Menorahs. Jewish silver smiths have been making menorahs for hundreds of year. They are ideal for the more conservative celebration.
